Our client is searching for an experienced manager who will lead and develop the Koper branch and all seafreight activities from the sales to operation side in Slovenia.
Your task are:
- Expanding the seafreight activities of the company in Slovenia
- Controlling the routed business
- Developing new customers and key accounts
- Negotiate freight rates with the carriers
- Analyzing of the Slovenian seafreight market
- Setting up the office and building up a team
- Set up of and controlling operation processes
- Responsible for the Koper P/L management
- Interacting with the neighboring countries and their seafreight needs

| Anforderungsprofil: |
You have a Bachelorīs degree in economics with very good understanding of transport/logistics and especially the seafreight field in the Slovenian market. You need to be fluent (orally and written) in Slovenian and English (or German). You have at least 3 years seafreight management experience in the logistics industry in Slovenia. You are open-minded and show the ability to work under pressure. Analytical and entrepreneurial skills, flexibility and the willingness to travel are essential. Strong leadership skills are also important. |
