Management and direction of 5 branches, their personnel and infrastructure (personnaly or throughout subordinate managers), targeting profit and return on capital.
Supervision of corporate policies and laws.
Establishment of long-term goals, standards and executive plans.
Providing guidance and advice whilst ensuring that operations are being executed and financial guidelines are observed.
Representation towards major customers, shareholders and puclic are as important as in-house responsibility for flow of information and results.

| Anforderungsprofil: |
You have completed a degree in business administration, economics or a similar field and have gathered broad experience within international freight forwarding (plus respective laws and regulations), furthermore in change and risk management.
You also possess experience in sales & marketing and satisfy with negotiation skills with Key/Global Accounts and suppliers. Therefore, you are practised in a multicultural work environment, are a team-player and you feature - at best - skills in German and/or Mandarin whereas proficiently written and spoken English is essential.
Your presentation skills emphasize your analytical and conceptional competences to support and inform groups of managers, customers and staff. |
